IMPORTANT -- RYO MEMBERS AND PARENTS
Auditions for our new conductor will be held on Sunday, May 19th. We would like everyone to be at the normal rehearsal site as close to 5:30 p.m. as you can. Mr. Gardner also would like as many students and parents as possible to be able to show up for this audition of the conductors so that we can get everyone's opinion and pick the best conductor!

RYO is a full orchestra including all the major string, woodwind, brass and percussion instruments. Orchestra members come from middle schools and high schools throughout New Jersey’s Camden, Burlington, Gloucester and Salem counties. Auditions are held each September and January following the Region III Band and Orchestra guidelines.
Each year, the orchestra schedules at least two concerts at Rowan University’s Pfleeger Concert Hall to showcase it’s musicians’ talents. There are also opportunities to travel outside the local area and perform for other audiences. If you would like to arrange for an orchestra performance, please contact the RYO Parent Association regarding space and safety requirements.
Come join us on January 20, 2013 for the first rehearsal of our Spring Season or stop in any Sunday night and see if you are interested in joining!
RYO is accepting new members for their Spring 2013 semester starting 1/20/13, 6:30-9:00 p.m., Wilson room 156. Members may be 6th through 12th grade. With director approval community members may also participate.
